Projects that are completed too late, where costs get out of hand or which have been allowed to spiral beyond the users’ control: these are just a few examples of nightmare scenarios in project management. Digitalisation, changing values and a dynamic environment render it both possible and necessary to deal with new, agile forms of work. How about using agility in projects to push the implementation of innovation and Open Science?
